Arrived in ThailandWe enjoy the delicious Thai food and relax in our guesthouse in a quiet neighbourhood. Very cosy but not far from the touristic scenery in Khaosan Road.
We take the riverboat to the Royal Temples were there is a crowd of Thai people making offerings for the late princess. Thai people love their Kinghouse. The temples are fairytale-like. With giants and strange creatures, golden buddhas and impressive towers.
The skytrain brings us in a futuristic manner to the booming shopping area of Bangkok. Here we see the most modern, immens glass and steal architecture, giving room for the most expensive branches. We´ve never seen anything like it.
The nightbus and ferry take us to Kho Phangan, a tropical island in the south. But we didn´t come here for the beach cause we will take a ten day silent meditationcourse to learn more about the buddhist peacefull way of life.
We will let you know how it works out and wish you all some of our peacefull vibes!
ps: We just missed Melissa who is in Maleisia right now, what a pitty!
