Back to Delhi via Mumbai, Ajanta and Ellora

Afther relaxing at the beach in Goa, we headed on the north. Our first stop was at Mumbai, which we liked more than we expected. It´s a lively city, spacious, beautifull buildings, sea everywhere around the city, high quality artgallery´s, you name it.

On our way to Delhi we jumped off the train to visit the world heritage sites of Ellora and Ajanta. Immense rock cut caves and full multistoried tempels cut out off massive rockhills, with beatifull reliefs and well preserved wall paintings. A real wonder for the eyes.

Now wa are in Delhi, waiting for our parents to arrive. We will be traveling two weeks with them in luxuory trough India´s Golden Triangle. We will celebrate christmas and New Years Eve toghether.
Delhi is really cold now, in the morning, evening and at night, with temperatures of 2 degrees minimum. But during the day it is agreable warm (max 20 degrees).
